Description

For light deburring, cleaning of holes and cross holes and for work on surfaces.

Brushes with aluminium oxide (AO) are less sharp-edged and aggressive compared with SiC. They are primarily suitable for polishing and smoothing finishes on soft metals.

Plastic filament withstands temperatures up to 220 °C.

Advantages
  • Enable maximum precision and efficiency in work on delicate workpieces.
  • Highly flexible, enabling optimal adjustment to the workpiece contour.
  • The dimensional accuracy of the workpieces remains unchanged.
  • With tube brushes with a short eyelet, the filament reaches up to the tip of the brush.
  • The bent end of the wire does not have any sharp edges, which prevents delicate surfaces from getting scratched.
  • Abrasive grains are embedded in flexible plastic filaments, which means that the filament works on the sides as well as at the tip.
Recommendations for use
  • Please observe the recommended rotational speeds.
  • Use with clockwise rotation.
  • Use coolant for applications where large amounts of heat are produced.
Safety notes
  • For safe use, guide the brush into the workpiece before commencing any work.
  • When clamping the brush, ensure that the shank is clamped as far into the arbor as possible. This applies in particular for use in the high rotational speed range. The minimum clamping length is 10 mm.
