In 2012 our company opened its own daycare centre designed to make it easier for employees to balance their personal and professional lives.

The Rüggeberg family was really hands-on during the process of turning the former family villa into a lovingly constructed kids’ paradise.

The PFERD TOOLS KITA daycare centre offers flexible hours of care that parents can choose to best suit their needs. It accepts children from the age of four months, who are provided with meals and customized care and support. It is only closed on public holidays and for the period between Christmas and New Year, so consistent care is still guaranteed during the school holidays.
