Health is a top priority for PFERD TOOLS

Our company wants to make sure that all PFERD TOOLS employees can stay healthy and motivated at work. After all, health is the foundation for progress and dynamism not only for every individual, but also for us as a family business. We rely on a system of occupational health management to achieve this goal. Our staff can access a wide range of services designed to maintain and promote their health and well-being and to prevent illness and feelings of unease.

These measures all have a common goal: to promote and maintain the health and well-being of PFERD TOOLS employees for the long term and to protect them through preventative actions.

The PFERD TOOLS VITAL initiatives are coordinated by our in-house occupational health manager Maike Daase, whose sole responsibility is to run our system of occupational health management.

We also have an in-house bistro as part of the PFERD TOOLS VITAL programme.

In the morning, the canteen offers everything one could need for a healthy and balanced breakfast, while at lunchtime, it serves up a range of varied and freshly cooked dishes.

Alongside our current employees and retired colleagues, we are happy to welcome our staff’s nearest and dearest to our company restaurant too. We encourage family time, when our workers can spend their breaks together with their family, eating good food in a great atmosphere.
