“Kein Abschluss ohne Anschluss” (which roughly translates as “no graduation without the next steps in place”) is an initiative launched by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia to support school pupils in the process from transitioning from school to a career path. Its aim is to help you choose a career that’s right for you and get started with training or further studies.
