“Kein Abschluss ohne Anschluss” (which roughly translates as “no graduation without having the next steps in place”) is an initiative run by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia designed to support pupils as they transition from school to a career path.
The programme provides guidance about careers and courses of study at an early stage, helping pupils as they choose a career and access training or a degree.
Alongside your theoretical lessons in school, you will also gain practical insight into the world of work while still a pupil. You will find out about various occupations and get to know our workflows and processes hands-on.
We offer pupils who are interested in our work the opportunity to attend introductory careers sessions at our company. All you have to do is book in advance at www.berufsfelderkundung-obk.de .
